Collaborator at Trust Bonds (2024-present)
Trust Bonds is a public good initiative created by Kernel fellows, introducing a novel approach to establishing and verifying trust in monetary bonds between individuals within the Web3 environment. This incentivizes coordination, allowing participants to earn a higher-than-market-average yield on their savings, creating a new primitive for social reputation.
Carbon and Climate Sustainability at Edenred (2023-2024)
Internal consultant for Carbon and Climate sustainability projects on the company business lines; Resposible for monitoring ESG KPIs and ellaboration of board reports; Development of the first Corporate Sustainability Policy of Edenred BR;
Corporate Sustainability and Certifications at CMPC (2021-2023)
Led FSC and PEFC certification processes across four pulp mills and nearly 500,000 hectares of conservation and planted forests. Spearheaded certification standard improvements, including risk/impact analysis, feasibility studies, and monitoring plans. Applied agile project management in logging and milling operations, optimizing resource use and driving innovation. Led FPIC-based stakeholder engagement with indigenous and quilombola communities, ensuring culturally sensitive consultations.
Community Manager at Espinhaço Institute (2020-2021)
Developed strategic partnerships with public and private actors across 112 cities, 3 states, and the federal capital. Co-led social-environmental projects, securing funding, managing OKRs/KPIs, and tracking budgeted expenses. Designed a prioritization matrix for optimized ecological restoration, leading to +2,500 hectares of native wildland restored across +1950 rural properties. Managed an operational team of six workers across multiple Brazilian states.
Project Leader at DNC School (2020)
Led a high-impact applied project using the Scrum framework, increasing store revenue and improving factory performance, resulting in a R$760K/year financial impact at DNC School. Awarded “Highest Impact Project” of the class for cost reduction and revenue growth during the early Covid-19 crisis.
Sustainability Data Intern at Suzano
Monitored KPIs and prepared technical reports to ensure legal compliance. Contributed to Sustainability Reports (GRI) and the GHG Inventory on a national level. Supported FSC certification audits and managed incidents in High Conservation Value Areas. Oversaw waste management at the Forest Operations Center. Led environmental education initiatives, including the "Floresta Viva" program, engaging 1,300 people in four months.
